Anyway, thank you so much for reviewing this fic. MY EGO DOESN'T MIND. Like any ficcer I love getting reviews, but I particularly love when people review this one, because it was also so fun to write. It allowed me to play with some of my favorite themes at the same time: memory, conscience, mourning, hope, isolation, siblings, coming of age... It also allowed me to see how much I could develop SuzaLulu in a post Stage 25 scenario without going OOC, and actually using everything that made any compromise between them unlikely in order to make the outcome more realistic and richer. It was a fun game to play. :)
I can't express how much I love Geass - at least up to Stage 25. It's so rich and so full of subtext. I try to convey the facts and potentialities I see in it. I guess that is what fics are for, aren't they? :) And CG fics have a way of doing that really well. If you liked this fic, then you should try hopechan's Fool Ascendant, which has a similar style and theme to House of Mirror's. I consider Fool Ascendant one of the most painful, powerful things I've ever read in my life.
Grammar and typos are the ban of my existence, because English is not my first language and, as much as I try, they are kind of inevitable. :) But I hope there will be less of them as I improve my skills. The heavy, abstract introductions are very much intentional in House of Mirrors, but I'm currently experiencing with a slightly lighter style to see what happens.
Anyway, thank you SO MUCH. Words like that totally encourage me to keep on writing. And your writing is very, very good as well. I always tell people I like reading much more than I like creating my own stuff (I'm lazy). So please, keep on entertaining me with your really good fics. :)
