Haha, you need to look further. SuzaLulu is one of the most popular pairings in the fandom. There is a suzalulu comm, and you can find many fics on the code_geass comm as well:
I guess I like all characters. My only squick pairing, I think, is LuluKallen - I like Kallen, just not with Lelouch - but I'm trying to be more open minded about that. And I had the same impression you did about Euphie the first time I saw the show, but I changed my mind completely when I re-watched it. XD Her pink looks are kind of deceiving. She is much deeper than she looks. :)
If you haven't done so already, I highly recommend that you take a look at the picture dramas and sound episodes - all of them posted on the code_geass comm. They are very good, especially the sound episodes, and they give you a much richer view of what is going on.
